Bond $LIT → $CLIT

This is how the vault accumulates: the community routes $LIT in. Deposit $LIT directly into the vault contract and receive $CLIT worth more than you deposited, vested linearly over 14 epochs. Your $LIT joins the pools immediately; your $CLIT unlocks as the vest runs.

ABond premium is set per epoch by remaining capacity — a fixed curve, not a discretionary knob.

BBonded $LIT is vault principal from block one. It follows the same rule as everything else: it never leaves.

CPer-epoch bond capacity is capped so bonding can never outrun distributions.

vLIT — the liquid vault receipt

Anyone — not just $CLIT holders — can stake $LIT into the pools and receive vLIT, a receipt token that appreciates against $LIT as yield accrues. No lockup: swap back to $LIT at the current rate at any time, or use vLIT across DeFi as yield-bearing collateral.

AThe vLIT/$LIT rate is monotonic — it can only rise. Yield accrual is the only thing that moves it.

BStaker principal is segregated from vault principal — exits never touch the $CLIT backing.

Lock tiers

Lock $CLIT for 1–12 epoch-months and your distribution weight multiplies with the lock length. Unlocked holders still receive their base share; locked holders take a proportionally larger cut of the same $LIT flow. Weight decays linearly as the lock runs down — no cliff, no re-lock tricks.

AWeight = balance × (1 + 1.5 × months/12). Max 2.5× at a full-year lock.

BLocks are per-position and transferable as NFTs — sell the position, not the protocol’s stability.

Compound mode

One onchain switch per wallet. CASH FLOW: distributions arrive in $LIT at your address every epoch. COMPOUND: your distributions convert to vault share instead — your position grows every epoch without a transaction. Flip the switch any time; it applies from the next epoch.

ANo claiming in either mode. The switch changes the destination, not the work.

BCompounded distributions are recorded per wallet — your personal ledger stays auditable.

Gauge epochs

Every epoch, $CLIT weight votes on how the vault’s $LIT is routed across its pools. Votes settle at epoch close; the vault rebalances in one transaction. Locked positions vote with their multiplied weight — conviction steers the yield.

APools are whitelisted by audit status — voting picks among vetted routes, it cannot add arbitrary ones.

BPer-pool caps bound any single route. No vote can concentrate the vault into one venue.

Epoch streaks

Hold through consecutive epochs and your distribution weight climbs — up to 2× at a 48-epoch streak. Reduce your balance and the streak resets. No registration, no snapshot to catch: the streak is computed from your transfer history, onchain.

AAdding to your balance never resets the streak. Only reductions do.

BStreak weight stacks multiplicatively with lock tiers — a locked, streaking wallet earns both.
